Return policy

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days from their receipt.

In case you want to return them to us, you must inform us by phone at +30.6942959701 or by email at info@xanthishoehouse.gr.

1) In case the responsibility is ours (e.g. wrong product, error in receiving the order) you inform us so that we can immediately replace it or refund without charging shipping costs.

2) In case the responsibility is the customer's (e.g. you are not satisfied with the product, wrong number) we can replace it or proceed to refund your money however you are charged with shipping costs.

The product being returned must be in excellent condition, not used or suffered any damage or alteration and must be returned in its original packaging of receipt, accompanied by all necessary documents, which you received upon receipt.
